Party Size & Guest Numbers

All our party packages are priced for 10 children with an additional fee for every additional child that attends.

The birthday child counts as a guest.

We only count children in the guest count.

Our additional guest fee is dependant on the type of party you are having and all our pricing can be found on our Party Packages page.

We charge our party package price for 10 kids as a minimum, however we are flexible on the additional guest numbers and you do only pay for the children that attend on the day.

Each party room seats 24 children – If you are planning a party for more than 24 children please call to make your reservation so we can confirm the double party room is available for your selected date & time.

We do not charge extra for the double party room for a paid party of 24 kids – If you wish to reserve the double room for less than 24 paid kids there is an additional charge of $200.  Please call to make a booking for the double room so we can confirm availability.

We do not charge for adults to attend the party unless the adults wish to play Laser Tag or Mini Golf.  We offer discounted rates for adults to join in the fun

  • $6.50 per adult game of Laser Tag
  • $5 per adult Mini Golf (Unlimited play)
  • $15 per adult for Unlimited Laser Tag & Unlimited Mini Golf


Food & Drinks

We do not allow outside food however do make an exception for the following items ONLY

  • Birthday Cake or Cupcakes etc
  • Pre-Packaged Chips or Candy
  • Goodie Bags that contain candy – But please no Gum!

Each party package for 10 children comes with 2 x 14″ pizzas of your choice.  If you have booked a party for more than 10 children the party package will come with the following quantity of pizzas

  • 1 to 10 kids = Comes with 2 Pizzas
  • 11 to 15 kids = Comes with 3 Pizzas
  • 16 to 20 kids = Comes with 4 Pizzas
  • 21 to 25 Kids = Comes with 5 Pizzas
  • 26 to 30 Kids = Comes with 6 Pizzas

You can select any type of pizza you wish from our Cafe menu.

If you wish to add additional pizzas to your party in addition to what comes with your package they can be added on for $12.99 each, again you can select any type of pizza from our cafe menu for that price.

We do prefer the party pizzas to be ordered in advance, however additional pizzas can be ordered on the day.

All our pizzas are prepared from scratch in-house and are cooked in our stone oven so please allow a minimum of 20 mins for any additional pizzas ordered on the day.

Gluten Free is available but must be pre-ordered

We offer a large selection of Party Platters that are all freshly prepared in-house.  We do ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice should you wish to add these to your party.


Party Duration & Party Room Time

All our party packages are 90 mins long with the exception of our ‘Unlimited’ party which is 3 hours.

You have the use of your private party room for the duration of your party.

We try to have your party room available 15 mins before the start of your party.

We do not limit you to your time at Palava to the duration of your party – You are welcome at the end of your party to move out of your party room into our cafe area and allow the kids to play longer on the play-structure.

If you wish to extend the time in your party room this can be done by pre-arrangement only at the time of booking – We do charge $100 per additional 30 mins in the party room.  Please call us to book a party where you wish an extended party room time so we can confirm availablity.



All our party packages include matching paper products; pizza plates, cake plates, napkins and cups and we have 4 designs to choose from.  

All our party packages include tablecloths, we have the following color choices

  • Black
  • Blue – Navy or Royal
  • Lime Green
  • Orange
  • Pink
  • Purple
  • Red
  • Silver
  • Yellow

We do offer themed party decoration packages for an additional cost and you can select those through our online booking system as ‘add-ons’.

If you do not wish to use our paper products you are welcome to bring your own however we do not offer any discounts on our packages for you to bring your own paper products etc.

You are welcome to bring any additional decorations but these must be hung with adhesive strips that do not damage our walls.


Activities – Play-Structure, Mini-Golf & Laser Tag

Unlimited play on our play-structure is included in all our party packages.

If you select a Mini-Golf or Combo party your party host will bring the party up to play Mini-Golf.

  • You are welcome to add a 2nd round of Mini Golf on to the end of your party for an additional $50 for all the party guests

If you select a Laser Tag or Combo party your guests will enjoy 1 game of Laser Tag exclusively for the party.  The Laser Tag game takes about 25 minutes which includes the safety briefing and playing time.

  • You are welcome to add a 2nd game of Laser Tag on to the end of your party for an additional $50 for all the party guests

If you select an UNLIMITED party your party guests are welcome to play as much Laser Tag games & Mini Golf as they wish during the 3 hours of the party – These games are not exclusive to your party and there may be other public playing alongside – Makes for more fun with different people to play against each game!


Booking & Cancellation Policy

There is a $100 deposit due at the time of booking and the remainder of your balance is due at the conclusion of your party.

Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 7 days notice you may apply your deposit to a party within the next 12 months of the original party date. Any event cancelled with less than 7 days will forfeit the deposit.

We accept cash or credit card for party payments – sorry no checks!
